The Columbia City Jazz Dance School - Policies and Info
Season Dates
Classes begin August 2nd
Class Attire
Jazz: Jazz pants/shorts or leotard and tights. Tan Bloch jazz boots.
Ballet:
Girls: Pink ballet tights, black leotard, pink ballet slippers.
Boys: Black ballet shoes, black dance pants, white t-shirt
Tap: Jazz pants/shorts or leotard and tights. Black lace-up tap shoes. (5 & under: Black patent leather tap shoes.)
Hip Hop: Shorts & form-fitting short sleeved shirt. Tennis Shoes.
Hair: Hair must be out of the face either in a bun or ponytail.
Adults: Work out attire (yoga pants, tank top recommended)
No jewelry in all classes.
Student Conduct
All students are expected to arrive for class on time!
All students at CCJC studio are expected to behave in an appropriate manner.
Students will be asked to leave class or to sit in class if behavior is not appropriate.
Private Lessons
Private Instruction is available upon request. Privates must be paid for at the time the private is given. If you are one private payment behind you will not be allowed to take another private until the account is up-to-date.
Fees
Registration Fee:
$25.00 new students;
$20.00 returning students
Recital Fee:
$25.00 per year;
$40.00 per family per year
Costume Fee:
$60.00 per class.
Returned Check Fee:
$30.00 - no exceptions!
Tuition is due no later than the 7th of every month. A late fee of $15.00 will automatically be added to the balance if payment is not received on or before the 7th of each month. No post-dated checks will be accepted. Credit cards are accepted.
Late fees: $15.00 on all fees!
